By placing an order with Angel Bear Bakery, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Orders & Payment
- Full payment is required in advance to secure your order.
- Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
- Accepted payment methods at this time are Apple Pay and PayPal only.
- Prices are subject to change, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
2. Pickups & No-Shows
- Pickup details (date, time, and location) will be provided once your order is confirmed.
- If an order is not picked up and no communication is made, the order will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.
- If you communicate in advance, Angel Bear Bakery will do its best to reschedule, but rescheduling is not guaranteed.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Due to the custom nature of baked goods, all sales are final.
- Cancellations made after payment may not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds or credits are issued solely at the discretion of Angel Bear Bakery.
4. Allergens
- All products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, milk, eggs, soy, and nuts.
- Angel Bear Bakery cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
5. Communication
- All order communication must be made directly with Angel Bear Bakery using the provided contact information.
- Angel Bear Bakery is not responsible for missed messages sent through third parties.
6. Product Variation
- All products are handmade. Minor variations in appearance, size, or decoration are normal and do not affect quality.
